This is what to expect:
- Our play centre invites children from 0 – 8 years – if you have older children as part of your group, please come and have a chat with us to see which parts may be suitable.
- We are a shoe-free play area – shoes off/socks on – socks must be worn at all times .
- We have age specific areas to ensure all children can feel safe and capable in the areas suitable for them – it is your responsibility to ensure your children are playing in areas suitable for their age(s).
- You will have booked a specific time slot – you are welcome to arrive anytime within that session – but please stick to the leaving time as we have a short window to clean and sanitise before the next session.
- All bookings will be non-refundable. We are always happy to move to another date – but will require at least 2 hours notice. Please pop us an email or PM on our social media platforms.
- We have 14 parking spaces at our centre, in busy periods these tend to fill quickly – there is an overflow car park that you are free to use but please do not park outside any other business premises – please call us if you are unsure.
- We are a non-smoking venue.
This is where YOU CAN HELP!
- Please remember that all children must be supervised at all times!
- Our centre has designated, age specific play areas – please help us by advising your children which areas are suitable for them.
- Please do not bring your own food! We have drinks and snacks available to purchase
- Keep all food and drinks off the Soft Play
- Please encourage children to wash/sanitise hands as often as you can.
- If you have any issues during your visit – come and see us – we are a very friendly bunch
